Is it easy to return items?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.
If I return a product that was purchased with Reward Points, will I get my points back?
Yes, your points will be transferred back to your Rewards account upon receipt of the returned product.
You've submitted a return request and received an "Instant Refund Voucher" - what is this?
Once you move through the returns steps online, if eligible, you will be issued a temporary Instant Refund Voucher, which we've funded for you. The Instant Refund will be equal to the value of your return and gives you the flexibility to place a new order right away so you might discover something you fully adore - no waiting on your credit card company to release your original funds.
What items are returnable?
- Items purchased in the last 45 days.
- Items that have been shipped.
- Please chat us or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to cancel an order that has not yet shipped.
What items are non-refundable?
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
What happens if you just want your money back and don't wish to use your "Instant Return Voucher"?
If your Instant Refund Voucher remains unused 10 days from when it is issued, the code will automatically deactivate and you will be issued a refund to your original payment source for any balance due to you. There is no further action needed on your side.
If a return of physical goods is required, you'll be provided a return label and your refund will process following delivery of your package to our office.
